General Terms of Use

This website is operated by Forbici Italian Restaurant. By accessing and using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. All content, including text, photography, and design, is the property of Forbici and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we do not guarantee that all details are complete or current. Please contact the restaurant directly to confirm any specifics before your visit.

Rock, Paper, Scissors, the Forbici way. Beat your server and enjoy 50% off your food bill. The following rules apply:

1. Available every day between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
2. Challenge your server to a game of rock, paper, scissors (Sasso, Carta, Forbici).
3. If you win, you receive 50% off your food bill.
4. The discount applies to food only and excludes all drinks.
5. One game per table, per visit.
6. The game must be played before ordering.
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.
8. The manager's decision is final in all matters relating to the game.
9. Participating locations: Manchester and Sheffield. Excludes Trafford Centre.

• The first 1000 customers in the queue outside Forbici Trafford Centre between 11:00AM - 12:30PM on Wednesday 5th August 2026 will receive, at Forbici’s sole discretion, either one (1) free dine in Margherita pizza, one (1) free take away Forbici Margherita Pizza, or a voucher entitling them to (1) free dine in Forbici Margherita Pizza.
• Vouchers valid from 5th August 2026 until 1st September 2026 Monday to Friday.
• Forbici Trafford Centre only.
• One (1) pizza or voucher per person.
• First come, first served.
• Vegan option available.
• No alternative menu items available.
• No purchase required.
• Subject to availability.
• 18+ only.

The Forbici Rock, Paper, Scissors Competition will take place at The Orient Stage, Trafford Centre on Friday 7th August 2026. Competition rounds will begin at approximately 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary. Open to UK residents of all ages. Entrants under 16 must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.

Participants will compete in a series of Rock, Paper, Scissors games hosted by a Forbici representative. The winner of each round will be the last remaining participant after successfully winning each Rock, Paper, Scissors game in accordance with the host's decisions. The host's decision on the outcome of each game and the overall winner is final.

Each round winner will receive Free Pizza for a Year, entitling them to one (1) complimentary pizza per visit at participating Forbici restaurants from 7th August 2026 until 7th August 2027 inclusive.

The prize is valid for dine-in only and is limited to one complimentary pizza per person, per visit. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Any additional food, drinks or extras ordered must be paid for separately. The complimentary pizza is subject to availability and excludes special or limited-edition menu items where stated.

Forbici reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of winners and to refuse the prize where there is reasonable evidence of misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Forbici reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Redeemable at all Forbici locations.
• Gift cards can be used for food and drinks but not for gratuities.
• If the bill exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be settled by the cardholder.
• Forbici is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them as cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Reservations are managed through OpenTable. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your reserved time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or restriction on future bookings.
• For parties of 6 or more, please contact the restaurant directly to arrange your booking.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this, the table may be released.
• Special requests (dietary requirements, seating preferences, celebrations) can be added during booking but are subject to availability.

From time to time, Forbici may run promotional offers, competitions, or feedback incentives. Unless otherwise stated, the following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Promotions are valid for the stated period only and cannot be extended.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotion.
• Forbici reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion without prior notice.
• Promotional discounts apply to food only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Feedback form promotions: by submitting a feedback form, you may be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be contacted via the email provided. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
